💸 Cancellation Policy
Plans change — we get it.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the tour starts → you get 100% of your money back.
- Cancel less than 24 hours before start time → unfortunately, no refund.

🌧 Weather Policy
Safety comes first. In case of stormy weather or rough sea conditions, the Yacht Party may need to be cancelled.
Every Saturday at 14:00, we assess the sea and weather conditions and make the final decision.
If we cancel due to weather, all payments will be fully refunded.
🔞 Age Requirement
This is an adults-only experience.
- All participants must be 18 years or older.
- We reserve the right to request valid ID at any time.
- No ID = no participation = no refund.
🍻 Responsible Drinking Policy
We are here for fun — not chaos.
- If you arrive visibly intoxicated, we may refuse your participation.
- In that case, no refund will be issued.
Additionally:
- Our guides reserve the right to stop serving alcohol to any participant if we believe continued consumption could be harmful to themselves or others.
- This decision is final and made for the safety of the group.
